Reza: We plan to go to the lake. Do you want to come?

رضا: ما قصد داریم به دریاچه برویم. آیا دوست داری بیایی؟

Ehsan: I don’t think so. I don’t like school trips. Last summer I fell and broke my leg.

احسان: فکر نکنم. من اردوهای مدرسه را دوست ندارم. تابستان گذشته افتادم و پایم شکست.

Reza: It sometimes happens. I twisted my ankle last winter. I stayed home for two weeks!

رضا: گاهی پیش می آید. زمستان گذشته مچ پای من پیچ خورد. دو هفته در خانه ماندم.

Ehsan: That’s too bad! I didn’t know that.

احسان: چقدر بد. من آن را نمی دانستم.

Reza: Yeah…, but after that, I participated in Helal-e-Ahmar first aid classes. I learned how to take care of myself.

رضا: بله… اما پس از آن من در کلاس های کمکهای اولیه هلال احمر شرکت کردم. یاد گرفتم چگونه از خودم مراقبت کنم.

Ehsan: I like that. Can you give me some advice?
